Product performance

The low density polyethylene is basically adopted as the raw materials for PEWseries polyethylene wax and made by high temperature cracking, with the averagemolecular weight about 2000-10000, and the softening point is generally about 100-115℃.

The softening point for PEW series polyethylene wax is higher,but the melt viscosity is lower. It has good intermiscibility with other polyethyleneresins, meanwhile characterized by moisture resistance under normaltemperature, chemical resistance and good electrical performance etc.

Lubricants used for cable insulation materials can greatly improve the processability,increase the surface flatness and gloss of product. The rubber processing aidcan improve extender diffusion rate and extrusion rate, making demoldingconvenient.

Good lightfast and chemical resistance, can be pigmentcarrier and improve the wear resistance of the printing ink and paint, improvethe dispersion of pigments and fillers, avoid pigment settling and can be usedas the flatting agent of paint and printing ink.

Field of application:

The PEW series polyethylene wax mainly applies to plasticconcentrated color master-batch, lubricants extruded, pressed and injectionprocessing of the dispersing agent for processing polyolefin plastic, mold-releaseagent, polyvinylchloride and polypropylene etc, which improves the workingefficiency, avoids and overcomes the adhesion of the film, tubing and sheet, aswell as improves the flatness and gloss of the finished product and its appearance.
