Color master-batch series
The plastic colorant ismade with high proportion of pigment or additives and thermoplastic resin throughgood dispersion. Its selected resin has good wetting and dispersing effects on colorant,and it possesses good compatibility with the colored material, i.e. pigment +carrier + additive = color master-batch

Duringthe color master-batch production process, the pigments need to be thinningtreated to
improve pigment dispersion and coloring power. The carrier of dedicatedcolor master-batch is the same with the plastic varieties of the products,which has good matching. After heating and melting, the pigment particles canbe dispersed into the product plastics very well.
2.Benefit for maintaining pigment chemical stability
If the pigment is used directly, as the pigment contacts the airduring the storage and use processes, the water absorption and oxidation canoccur to pigment. But when it is made to color master-match, as the resincarrier segregate the air and moisture, which keep the pigment qualityunchanged for a long time.
3.Ensuring product color stable
Since the color master-batch particle is similar to resinparticle, which makes it more convenient and accurate in measurement. It willnot adhere to the container when mixing, also the mixture with the resin iseven, so this ensures the additive amount stable, hence ensures the stablenessof the product color.
